THE EASY BUYING CONSIGNMENT PROCESS STEP

1. Call ahead. We'll let you know if we are currently bringing items in on a consignment (see consignment agreement), store credit or cash payment.
   
2. Set a drop-off appointment time.
3. Prepare your items for drop-off based on our seasonal, quantity, brand requirements and our quality standards. (Please have clothing clean, folded, and in a tub or box - no need to have on hangers). Please limit the quantity of clothing to your very best 50 items or less.
4. Drop your items off on your scheduled date/time.
   
5. Approve your price quote. Complete consignment agreement, if applicable. If you elected a store credit option, your price quote will be increased by 10%.
   
6. Pick-up any applicable consignment forms, payments, and “no thank-you” items we were not able to consign/purchase.

          NOTE: Consignment terms will be for a 60 day period. Payments for any items sold will be made at the end of the 60 days.                                                                                                    Top

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

• ALL PURCHASES/CONSIGNMENTS ARE MADE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
• APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE ON A DROP-OFF BASIS ONLY. If you need special consideration of this arrangement, please advise us when your appointment is scheduled. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs; especially if you are traveling a distance to bring your items to us.
• WE SET APPOINTMENTS TO PURCHASE/CONSIGN ON WEEKDAYS ONLY; NO CHECK-INS ARE MADE ON WEEKENDS. As we grow, and our staff grows, we hope to make weekend appointments available.

We set appointments in order to efficiently manage a quick turnaround time of the consignment/purchase of your items and to operate our business with purchasing budgets in place. The drop-off appointment saves you time as we need time to thoroughly inspect the items you bring in against our quality standards and to establish your price quote. In most cases, we will have a price quote back to you the same day, or next day, of your scheduled appointment.

When we set the appointment, we will discuss the items you have to sell/consign and any quantity/quality expectations. This will ensure you only bring in items that we are likely to consign/purchase….this will also save you time and effort in the overall process…and will minimize items that may be returned to you.

Our goal is to present an attractive consignment/purchase price back to you as quickly as possible, so your understanding is appreciated.

SEASONAL BUYING GUIDELINES

CLOTHING/SHOE ITEMS bought SEASONALLY
	Spring & Summer	February 1 thru mid-August
	Fall & Winter	Mid-August thru end of November
Note: Jeans are consigned/purchased year-round.
Select Clothing Items
	Ski Wear	August thru end of year
	Halloween Costumes	August thru October 15
Toys, Nursery, Baby Equipment, Bedding/Linen, select Furniture
	Above Accessories	Purchased or consigned throughout the year; On an as needed basis.

WHAT WE PAY YOU

Clothing items are the bulk of what we consign/purchase. We focus on stocking  top, name-brand clothing because this is what our buying customers want to buy from us. We will pay you 20-50% of our selling price for your top brands…..the higher the brand, the higher the payment to you.

We quote higher prices on clothing  items come in “new with tags” attached.

Clothing/Shoes	20-50% of our selling price
Baby Equipment	40-50% of our selling price
Toys/DVD’s	30-40% of our selling price
Nursery Items	25-30% of our selling price
Bedding/Linen	25-30% of our selling price
